Hello NOAH Community!
The first NOAH book in 2008, Raising a Child with Albinism: A Guide to the Early Years was a huge success, but now it’s time for the next step. Our second book will focus on school years: supporting families from preparing for kindergarten to supporting their young adult through the transition to independence, college and choosing a career.
Within the next few weeks, we will be introducing different topics so we can obtain real-life perspectives from parents, people with albinism and professionals that serve the albinism community to stimulate answers that will be published within the book’s chapters as “sidebar” quotes and resources.
We are interested in any aspect of the topics listed below, so please respond to as many or as few as you’d like. We hope you will consider adding your knowledge and experience to this project!
